Dileep is a Chartered Accountancy rank holder and he has held senior positions with top investment banks like Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. He has worked in an international environment and has led business operations, program management office, compliance, vendor management and also Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. He comes with hands on experience in business consulting, company restructuring and also financial modelling.

Dileep is an avid reader and traveling around the world is a hobby for him. He is involved with many charities as Trustee and has been on the management board of few Industry bodies.

He is also instrumental in leading lot of industry leadership groups towards Public Private Partnership initiatives. He regularly arranges connect programs between industry leaders and the government officials and ministers at both state level and central governments.

Dileep is also an investor in multiple start-ups and companies ranging from software development to logistics management.
