Mr. Chakrapani Parthasarathy

Chakrapani is part of advisory board at Indium Project Consulting. He has over 3 decades of management experience in Engineering Industry, Power, Infrastructure and Real Estate.

He has expertise in large corporates in areas such as Business Strategy, Business Processes and Systems, Project Development, Execution, Management, Funding, Business Development, EPC and Contract Management, Human Resources etc. With more than 20 years in Infrastructure (Transportation and Power) and Real Estate, he has created enormous value for large project organizations. He is a great team builder with Sophisticated Management expertise.

Chakrapani has served as CEO / CFO / CXO with Corporates like GMR Group, HCC Infrastructure Ltd., Maytas and Hiranandani group.

He holds an Engineering degree and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Amongst other things, Chakrapani has been instrumental in International / Indian Partner Search and Joint Ventures and has played key role in framing Government policies, Micro level Expertise on Demand Forecasting, Financial Modeling and Analysis, Revenue and Project Cost Estimates.

Mr. Anand Sannappa

Anand has over 24 years of experience in consulting, designing, project management and information technology.

Mr. Anand, an Electrical Engineer from R. V. College of Engineering has extensive experience in Healthcare IT. He has earlier served as Director of Interface Implementation at eClinicalWorks in the US where he led a team of Project Managers working primarily on complex Interoperability and Integration projects with Health Information Exchanges, Population Health Management, Hospitals, Laboratories and Diagnostic Imaging centers.

Upon his move to eClinicalWorks India, He was on the Board of Directors and led a very large team of inspired employees. He was responsible for setting up the Bangalore office from scratch and building rock solid teams that enabled a healthy Onsite Offshore mix. He was a key decision maker in the growth of the company and played an integral role in strategizing company operations. He has implemented systems and processes to improve efficiency of the teams and reduce project costs.

Anand started his own Boutique Electrical consultancy firm straight out of college. Post that Anand has worked in various capacities in Jurong Consultants and Godrej & Boyce. He has designed and executed large complex turnkey projects.

Anand is a keen sports fan and is tennis and cricket enthusiast. He is also a keen follower of current affairs and an avid music lover.

Mr. Arvind Sood

Arvind has over 23 years’ experience as a Business Transformation / Change & Operations Leader, with Pan-Asian Operations and General Management expertise.

He has executed several consulting engagements over the past 12 years for many large Global clients by building client centric solutions. He has partnered with various clients to formulate their market entry feasibility studies and develop their strategy and business plans to assist with their China/Asia Market entry. He was involved in identifying target customer segments, proposing financial models, identifying local partners & vendors, managing relationships with the local government and regulatory bodies and positioning the organization in the local market.

Arvind was earlier the Regional Head for Business Change and Program Office at AXA Asia Life based out of Hong Kong, leading their Life Insurance Operations set up in India, Malaysia and across Asia and subsequently running large scale transformation programs for the Global Insurer, across their Asian businesses.

He has his MBA degree in International Business and Finance from QUT University in Australia and an Executive Management Leadership Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has also participated in the Asia Executive Leadership Program from Melbourne Business School, in Australia.

Arvind is a keen golfer, badminton enthusiast and avid cricket lover, and a serial investor in various business ventures ranging from logistics management to software development to real estate.
